We understand that planning an event can be stressful, so we’ve made sure that our rental process is as easy as possible. Orders are shipped via UPS 2-day shipping service, and you’ll receive your order three business days prior to the event. This allows a buffer in case of carrier delays, as well as time to check over your order! Rentals will be shipped in a reusable mailer and each order comes complete with clear instructions for setup and care. After the event, just pack the rentals up and return them to your local UPS store with the convenient return label included in each package. Designed for convenience, our shipping process makes renting tabletop items a breeze so you can focus more on enjoying the event and less on the logistics.
