Along with Party Slate & Constellation Culinary, Clover Event Co. hosted this luxury wedding summit with one goal in mind: to bring together “the top luxury vendors in Philadelphia for an invite only day of education and celebration.” The Philadelphia Museum of Art was the perfect backdrop for the day, and we were thrilled when Caitlin of Clover Event Co. reached out and invited us to help her transform the space. Guests convened at the museum for conversation and good food. Later, a talented group of panelists took the stage to discuss the luxury wedding market in Philadelphia. The day culminated in a gorgeous luncheon fit for Philadelphia’s top wedding vendors!
To start off the day, Clover Event Co. enlisted House of Catherine to help convert Philadelphia Museum of Art’s West Terrace into a coffee shop. Impresso Coffee and 13th Street Cocktails came through with coffee and cocktails, and Constellation Culinary served up some delish breakfast bites. Our Pascal Round Bar was the focal point of the “coffee shop”, which Winsome Floral adorned in the most gorgeous florals.
Following coffee & cocktails, attendees gathered together to listen to panelists discuss Philadelphia’s luxury wedding market. Birch Event Design was enlisted as the keynote speaker, and a group of panelists including Pamela Rothbard of Party Slate and Robin Ewing of Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia took the stage to share their valuable insight. This dramatic staircase at the Philadelphia Museum of Art made for such a cool backdrop for their conversation. Rows and rows of our Lyra Chairs were set up for attendees, and Winsome Floral brought in more gorgeous arrangements for the stairwell.
The day culminated in a stylish luncheon fit for Philadelphia’s top luxury wedding vendors! A combination of round and rectangular tables were set up on Philadelphia Museum of Art’s balcony, all of which were paired with our Lynx Chairs. Tables were topped with floral linens from Nüage Designs and dramatic floral arrangements in shades of cream and peach. Clover Event Co. and House of Catherine worked together to design chic table settings complete with our Zaylie Rattan Chargers, Ema Flatware, and Montie Glassware.
We’re constantly inspired by the incredible vendors that make up this industry, so being able to contribute to an event like this means a lot to us! We’re beyond grateful to Clover Event Co. for asking us to be a part of this summit. Not only did the space turn out beautifully, but the sense of community we felt throughout the day was so special. We can’t wait to work together with these amazing vendors again soon!
