We’ll work with you to create a cohesive theme and feel that reflects your passion and personality, considering each and every detail — including everything from invitations to table linens and cake topper. Due to the high personal attention we give each bride we work with, we only accept up to one wedding a season. On your wedding day, you can relax and rely on Something Vintage to make your wedding a stylish and expertly-planned fête with our eye for style, creativity, and attention to detail.

Our Event Styling + Coordination Package includes the following:

  • All services listed on the Event Styling Package, in addition to:
  • Negotiation and procurement of all vendors, including coordination of guest hotel blocks and transportation.
  • Attend vendor meetings relating to design such as stationary, florals, and rentals.
  • Creation of a detailed timeline with vendor delivery information and key contact list for your event.
  • Draft detailed final floor-plan.
  • Contact vendors a week before the wedding date to confirm timeline and order.
  • Coordinate and attend rehearsal.
  • Provide day-of coordination to facilitate vendor organization, ensure event continuity, and make sure the day is stress-free for you and your guests.
